We’re Jimmer & Belinda — a husband-and-wife real estate team serving South Central Wisconsin. Jimmer brings more than 20 years of real estate experience, while Belinda brings 20+ years of marketing and design experience to the team. We have different strengths, but share the same approach: be honest, communicate clearly, work hard and take good care of people.

We believe an informed client is a confident client. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling one you’ve loved for years or figuring out how to buy and sell at the same time, we’ll walk you through your options, explain the strategy behind our recommendations and make the process feel a whole lot less overwhelming. No unnecessary pressure and no one-size-fits-all approach.

We combine experience with thoughtful marketing, current technology and a close eye on what’s actually happening in the market. But more than anything, we value the relationships we build along the way. We want to be the people you feel comfortable calling with a real estate question — whether you’re ready to make a move or simply wondering what your options might be.

Outside of real estate, we’re usually with our daughter, Alivia, heading up north to our cabin or finding our next family adventure. We also care for honey bee hives at our home in Monona — and every client gets a jar of our Honey Girl honey!
