Jimmer and Belinda were amazing! They went above and beyond to understand our wish list for a new home. They sent us recommendations whenever they came across upcoming listings that might spark our interest. They responded almost instantly to any question or request. They were patient and supportive as we went through house showing after house showing (and offer after offer) until we found the house that the was right for us. They provided invaluable insight and expertise that helped us navigate the home buying and selling process. I wouldn't work with anyone else!

We had an amazing experience working with Jimmer as first-time homebuyers! We had a lot of questions, but he made everything feel manageable and less overwhelming. He also was super flexible with showings, always made time for us, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was honest and straightforward throughout the whole process and really took the time to understand what we were looking for—not just trying to sell us on every house. We also really appreciated how he took the time to get to know us as people, not just clients and what we were looking for. It never felt transactional, and he and Belinda even checked in after we closed to see how we were settling in! The checklists and guides were also really helpful to keep track of the process of everything along the way. We were referred to Jimmer by two different friends and now totally understand why—they had a great experience, and so did we! We’re so happy we went with him and will absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling!

The housing market has changed a lot since the last time we bought/sold a house 38 years ago. Thank goodness for Jimmer and Belinda as they know the present housing market and what it takes to sell a house in today's market. They took care of everything from knowing what things to fix up on the house and hiring the contractors to do the work and walking us through the 'paperwork' on the computer. Jimmer and Belinda are great people to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house.

Jimmer and Belinda have helped me with buying a house twice and selling a house once and I can't imagine working with anyone else. They are very good at what they do and they make it easy to understand for people who are new to the process. Not only does Jimmer understand the market and housing trends like the back of his hand, he has a person for anything you might need done to make a new house truly home or to give your house an edge in a competitive market. Jimmer's experience, knowledge, commitment, and dedication is second to none. I always have questions and Jimmer always responds with the correct answer in a timely manner.
